How much does a night cost?
From CAD 289 a night. The nightly price changes with the dates, and stays of 28 nights or more, or a whole calendar month, are 20% off, applied automatically. How long can I stay?
You can book from 3 nights up to 365 nights, and stays of 28 nights or more are 20% off.
Is there parking?
Yes, and it is free: two private parking spaces with an EV charger.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, up to 3 pets, with approval before you book. There is no pet fee when you book direct.
Do you pick up from the airport?
Yes, for free. We pick you up at Vancouver International Airport (YVR) when you land and drive you back when you leave, in a private car. Please book the ride at least 24 hours ahead; you can ask for it in the booking form.
How fast is the Wi-Fi?
The suite is on a 1 Gbps internet plan, with Wi-Fi speeds of 500+ Mbps download and upload. Ethernet is available too, and there are several places to work.
How do check-in and check-out work?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 1 pm. You let yourself in with a keypad at the front or rear entrance; we send your entry code before you arrive.
What if I need to cancel?
When you book direct, you pay 30% of the stay by card at booking and the balance on arrival. Cancellation is free up to 14 days before check-in, and your deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel within 14 days of check-in, or do not arrive, the deposit is kept and nothing else is owed.
